I’m tired of that, too. My philosophy on realty has always been support the people and they’ll support your work. People first is a common phrase but the more important thing is to look at the evidence behind it.

But what’s ever more powerful is video, 3D mapping, and well-written and story-driven listing that give people an instant (and accurate) image of your home, before they even step foot in it.
